Refund policy
This policy outlines the conditions and terms related to refunds for products sold by our company.
1. Refund After Delivery
Our company agrees to refunds or exchanges in exchange for the product, limited to within one week after the product's arrival, under the following conditions:
a) In the case of defects such as damage or malfunction of the product, we will bear the shipping cost and collect the product.
b) If the return is due to customer's preference (such as different from the image), a refund will be issued only if the product is unused, unopened, and all tags/labels and accessories are intact. The customer must bear the shipping cost in this case. However, items on sale or special sale items are excluded from refunds as stipulated in this clause.
