Shipping policy

a) Our company will deliver the products to a location specified by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "delivery destination") when a purchase is made.
b) We may delegate the delivery specified in the preceding paragraph to a delivery company or other third parties (hereinafter simply referred to as "delivery company").

a) Normally, we dispatch products within 3 business days after payment completion. However, dispatch will be carried out on the next business day or later during holidays such as Golden Week and Obon. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end and New Year period.
b) Delivery may take time depending on our business operations, workload, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and the region of the delivery destination.
c) We are not responsible for compensating for damages incurred to customers due to delivery delays arising from the following reasons, nor are we responsible for refunding or reducing the price or delivery fees:

1) Unforeseeable severe traffic disruptions
2) Natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, and landslides
3) Suspension of operations or strikes by the delivery company or public transportation

a) If we are unable to complete the delivery of products due to the following reasons, we may charge the customer for the costs required for redelivery (excluding if redelivery is requested within the storage period of the delivery company) and the costs incurred to retrieve the products (including fees paid to the delivery company), and we may also cancel the contract related to the products:

1) Absence at the delivery destination and failure to request redelivery within the storage period of the delivery company
2) Incorrect information about the delivery destination, making delivery impossible
3) Refusal to accept the products at the delivery destination

b) In the cases specified in the preceding paragraph, we may claim compensation for damages incurred to us from the customer, including reasonable attorney fees.

a) We are not responsible for delays in delivery or damage to products due to reasons attributable to the delivery company.
b) Customers shall resolve any troubles or disputes with the delivery company at their own responsibility and expense, and we are not obligated to be involved in such troubles or disputes.

a) This policy forms part of the Terms of Use, and matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
b) In case of any contradiction between the provisions of this policy and the Terms of Use, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
